Strictly NO RETURN/EXCHANGE for Sale items. We only accept a return for a store credit in a condition if the item is faulty. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after receiving the item/s. If 7 days have gone by, unfortunately we can not accept your return requests.
Due to the nature of delivery fee to/from Australia, we apologise that RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS.

Note: customers are responsible for the cost of shipping item/s back to us. We recommend that you send the goods back to us via Australia Post trackable shipping. Minioke are not responsible for any missing packages.
