NO REFUND/EXCHANGE for ALL sale items.
Final reductions - promotional codes will not be offered on all final reductions items.
Choose your item / size / colour carefully as we won't be able to make amendments once the purchases have been finalised.
- OVERSOLD ITEM - In a condition we oversold an item and it becomes unavailable, we will immediately refund the amount of the item/s back to your account and a notification will be sent to your email address.
- FAULTY ITEM - If there's any defective item we found before we pack and ship your order, a refund will be made and the remaining item/s will be shipped.
- RETURN - Return for a credit voucher will only be accepted if the product is faulty. You will be responsible to contact us within 7 days after you received the item. Failing to do so, Minioke have the rights to deny your return requests. STRICTLY NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
- Return will only be processed if the item is: unworn, unwashed and the tag is still attached. If the item does not have all the conditions above, your return requests will not be accepted.
- Any damage to an item that you have purchased more than 30 calendar days, will be considered as wear and tear. No return/refund/exchange will be granted.
- If a customer purchases a wrong item/size/colour and is keen to exchange them, then the return shipping fee will be at customer's expense and it is non-refundable. Minioke will issue a store credit refund and you can make a new order based on that.
Note: All return parcels have to be shipped via Australia Post with the tracking. Minioke Baby are not responsible for any missing packages.
Due to the nature of delivery fee to/from Australia, we apologise that EXCHANGE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS. Defective item received in the mail, email contact@minioke.com within 7 days after receiving your parcel.
