- OVERSOLD ITEM - In a condition we oversold an item and it becomes unavailable, we will immediately refund the amount of the items back to your account and a notification will be sent to your email address.
- FAULTY ITEM - If there's any defective item we found before we pack and ship them, a refund will be made and the remaining items on your order will be shipped.
- RETURN - A store credit will be offered if the item is faulty when you receive them. Please email email@example.com within 7 days after receiving your parcel. If 7 days have gone by, unfortunately we won't accept your return requests.
- Return will only be processed if the item is: unworn, unwashed and the tag is still attached. If the item does not have all the conditions above, your return requests will not be accepted.
- Any damage to an item that you have purchased more than 30 calendar days, will be considered as wear and tear. Please be reminded that no return/refund/exchange will be offered.
Note: All return parcels have to be shipped via Australia Post with the tracking provided. Minioke are not responsible for any missing packages.
Due to the nature of delivery fee to/from Australia, we apologise that EXCHANGE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS. Defective item received in the mail, email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after receiving your parcel.
