Returns + Exchanges
As of 1st July 2017, we are glad to accept returns for an exchange/store credit. Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can't accept your return requests.
We strongly advise you to inspect your purchases when you received them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Minioke have the right to deny returns if the item returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
**We do not offer return/exchange for sale items.
**Due to hygiene reasons, several items such as accessories and socks are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
**Choose your product carefully as we do not accept return for a change of mind

Returns & Exchanges applicable for Australian customers only + customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.
If you ordered wrong size and would like to exchange, additional shipping fees will be at your expense.
We recommend that you send the goods back to us via Australia Post trackable shipping. Minioke are not responsible for missing packages.
